UTAZ Development Hires New Senior Vice President
UTAZ Development has deepened its bench with the added power of new Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing Terri Tobey.
Tobey was recruited for the position after working as a business consultant for the Gilbert-based professional office space developer.
Tobey will oversee sales and marketing for UTAZ Development’s portfolio of 32 Professional Village locations. Her role will also include strategic direction for UTAZ Development’s expansion into new markets Valley wide as well as the implementation of value-added services for clients such as marketing seminars and financial help.

Under Mr. Willett, UTAZ Development has been blazing a trail in professional office space in the Valley since 1997. UTAZ Professional Villages enable professionals in the medical, dental, legal and accounting fields to market their practices with superior results, without shifting primary focus away from their core business. The company has helped develop much of the professional office space in the east valley and has recently expanded into Pinal County.
Before joining the UTAZ team full-time, Ms. Tobey worked extensively as a business development consultant in a range of industries from law firms to financial agencies.
Tobey is a resident of Gilbert and has lived in Arizona for 10 years.
