On Thursday, March 27, UTAZ™ Development held groundbreaking ceremonies for the Visa Quinta UTAZ PROFESSIONAL VILLAGE™ near the southeast corner of Greenfield and Baseline roads. This marks the development company’s nineteenth project in or adjacent to the Town of Gilbert.
Vista Quinta UTAZ PROFESSIONAL VILLAGE™ will offer more than 62,000 square feet of space for sale or lease and will include 12 buildings. Office suites will vary in size from 1,500 to 10,000 square feet.
The location is near two hospitals: Banner Gateway Medical Center, which opened in September 2007, and Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, which opened in 2006.
