Arch Ratliff
Chief Operating Officer

Arch has the responsibility to assure that each project, from its conception to its completion, remains true to our formula for our customers' success. His understanding of the entitlement and permit requirement processes allow him to find and acquire locations in high growth potential areas without delays. His experience and commitment to quality assure our owners that their office space will be completed in a timely manner and held to the highest quality standards.

Ralph Willett
Vice President Accounting and Finance

Ralph brings lenders to the table who are anxious to work with our potential owners. His unique level of understanding and personal attention helps our owners feel comfortable that the financial institutions and lenders he recommends will match their individual needs. Ralph received his M.S. in Taxation from George Mason University and his B.S. in Accounting from Brigham Young University. He is a Member of the AICPA and Beta Gamma Sigma, the Honor Society for Accredited Business Programs (AACSB).

Terri Bearden
Transaction Coordinator

Terri Bearden is Transaction Coordinator for UTAZ™. Since her graduation from Tyler Commercial College in Texas, Terri has worked closely with executive teams in a number of industries beginning with the largest real estate company in Alaska to manufacturing and medical in Texas and the largest beverage distributor in Louisiana - moving to Arizona in 1996 to operate a small family-owned business with her husband until she joined the UTAZ™ team in 2002.

Kyle LeSueur
Marketing Coordinator & Office Specialist

Kyle joined UTAZ™ in 2005. He coordinates the marketing efforts. Before joining the company, he worked for a financial institution. He has an active Real Estate License and is currently working towards his finance degree.

Jason Hays
Office Specialist

Jason has more than a decade of real estate sales experience. Prior to joining the UTAZ™ team he excelled in both residential and development sales. Jason is proud to be an Arizona native but has sold real estate in Tennessee, North Carolina, Georgia and Florida as well. He is currently licensed in Arizona and Florida.
